Referral Rewards Program Terms
By submitting a referral, you acknowledge and accept the following program terms.
- When you refer a homeowner to Crestline Home Roofing and they complete a qualifying roofing project, you will earn a $250 Visa gift card as a thank-you.
- A qualifying referral is a homeowner who contracts with Crestline Home Roofing for a new or replacement roof of at least 15 squares (approximately 1,500 square feet). Repair-only projects do not qualify unless combined with a qualifying replacement per Crestline's discretion.
- A referral becomes qualified once the roof project is completed and paid in full. The reward is issued within 90 days of project completion.
- Referrals must be submitted through this form before any initial contact between the referred homeowner and Crestline Home Roofing. The referred homeowner must not already be actively engaged with Crestline at the time of submission.
- You may not refer your own primary residence. If Crestline has already completed a roof replacement on your primary residence, you may refer a second home, rental property, or other property you own.
- Referrals must be submitted within six (6) months of the referred homeowner signing a contract with Crestline to remain eligible for the reward.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you may submit. Each completed qualifying project earns a separate $250 reward.
- You are solely responsible for submitting referrals. Crestline Home Roofing is not responsible for tracking referrals submitted verbally or through other channels unless confirmed in writing.
- This program is not intended to and shall not be construed as an inducement for insurance claims or to influence any insurance-related decision. All referrals must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Crestline Home Roofing reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time. Terms in effect at the time of referral submission apply.

No. Referrals must be submitted before we have any initial contact with the homeowner. If they're already in our system or actively working with our team, the referral does not qualify.
Generally, no. The program applies to qualifying roof replacements of at least 15 squares. Small repairs and inspections alone do not qualify unless part of a larger qualifying replacement project.
No limit. Refer as many homeowners as you'd like — you earn a $250 Visa gift card for each one who completes a qualifying project with Crestline.
