Sales Representative Role
As a Crestline sales rep, you're the first face homeowners see after a storm or when their roof is failing. Your job is to inspect honestly, explain options clearly, and earn the project — not pressure anyone into work they don't need.
Ideal candidates
- Experience in roofing, construction, or outside sales (preferred but not required for the right person)
- Comfortable meeting homeowners at their property and walking a roof
- Self-motivated with reliable transportation across your territory
- Strong communication — you can explain damage, insurance basics, and next steps without jargon
- Integrity — we don't waive deductibles, oversell, or cut corners
Roofing Crew Role
Our crews handle tear-off through final cleanup on residential jobs — asphalt shingle replacement, storm damage restoration, flashing, and ventilation. We expect work that passes inspection and makes the homeowner glad they hired Crestline.
